*Email notification are here!! To turn the feature on please log in to your account. Then click on the My Account Option at the top of the page. Verify we have your correct email address and then pick if you wish to receive an email every hour when new packages arrive and are ready for pickup or you can receive a daily summary sent after 9:30 PM on the days on each day when you have packages arrive at our warehouse. Please know that you must still schedule a prepull (pickup request) using the tracking site if you want to have your packages prepulled and ready to go. But please submit only one prepull request the day before you come in for all the packages you have waiting.

*If you shipped your packages to our Military Road Location we DO NOT have tracking information available online and cannot provide it via email or telephone. Simply track your package using the carriers (FedEx, UPS, USPS) website. If you see it was delivered then it is ready for pickup. Thank You for your understanding.

*NOTICE: CBI is asking ALL customers to temporarily limit their package storage time to less than 90 days. Please schedule a pickup date within 90 days of package delivery. We are working diligently to accommodate growing demand & to continue our unlimited storage policy. Please send an email to info@cbiusa.com if you need longer than 90 day storage; we will move your items into our secure long-term storage facility.
